during my work trip, i found the hotel always pleasant. my colleagues and i felt very welcome. the rooms were comfortable, breakfasts were very good with plenty of options. the gym has much equipment and a helpful personal trainer named joseph.
The room had an interesting smell. It wasn't my usual consistent experience.

The complimentary shuttle service was convenient (it runs 24 hours). i met chef bazlah at the international buffet. She was very friendly and gave me good advice on places to visit.
the bed seemed to have bedbugs. i suffered itchy bites as a result of this issue. also, the staff were slow to respond to calls, and sometimes ignored them altogether.
